Legalization of the documents

 The Hong Kong SAR, PRC and the Russian Federation are signatories to the Hague Convention of October 5, 1961. Public documents signed by an authorized Hong Kong Government officer (marriage, birth and death certificates, certificates of incorporation, BRC and etc.) and documents signed by a notary public in Hong Kong must be apostilled in the Apostille Service Office of the Hong Kong Judiciary.

Consulate General does not provide Apostille services.

Public documents signed by an authorized Hong Kong or Macau Government officer (marriage, birth and death certificates, certificates of incorporation, BRC and etc.) and documents signed by a notary public in Hong Kong or Macau must be apostilled in the Apostille Service Office of the Hong Kong Judiciary or Department of Justice of the Macau SAR accordingly.

Then the document should be translated into Russian and notarized in the Consulate or by a Russian notary.
